POLICY DRAFT — awaiting merchant confirmation before sales open. This preview does not establish an active service commitment. The merchant must confirm its legal identity, contact details and applicable market requirements before publication as a final policy.
Proposed two-year limited warranty
The proposed commercial warranty lasts two years from delivery and covers manufacturing defects in the fixture under normal use in the manufacturer-declared environment. The merchant must confirm this coverage with suppliers and publish its legal name, claim address and service process before selling.
Claim process
Contact support with the order number, description of the defect and photographs when useful. Do not dismantle a powered fixture. The merchant will assess the claim and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund under the applicable law and final warranty terms.
Scope and exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, incompatible voltage, unauthorised alteration or installation outside verified manufacturer instructions may fall outside this voluntary coverage. Ordinary wear and replaceable consumables are not automatically covered by the voluntary warranty; defective goods and statutory remedies remain protected. Product-specific verified warranty information takes precedence only where lawful.
Safety and statutory rights
Electrical installation should be performed by a qualified person where required. A commercial warranty is additional to statutory consumer rights, including any longer guarantee periods applicable to the customer’s market. No part of this draft excludes mandatory rights.
