POLICY DRAFT — awaiting merchant confirmation before sales open. This preview does not establish an active service commitment. The merchant must confirm its legal identity, contact details and applicable market requirements before publication as a final policy.
Shipping origin and available countries
Orders are planned to ship from China. We will publish the countries and postal areas actually served before sales open. Only countries with an available WooCommerce shipping method can complete delivery checkout. European, North American and Middle Eastern style inspiration does not imply shipping availability in every country in those regions.
Order handling and dispatch
Before launch, the merchant must publish handling days, business days, timezone, daily cut-off and holiday exceptions for each shipping service. Made-to-order or oversized lights require a separately disclosed lead time on the product page. Payment verification, actual stock and product-specific lead times affect dispatch. No handling or delivery estimate is offered by this preparation-stage storefront.
Transit times and delivery services
The final country-specific schedule must show service name, handling-time range, transit-time range and total estimated delivery period. Estimates must be based on the selected carrier and actual dispatch process. Customs inspections, remote locations, weather and public holidays may affect transit; these do not remove consumer remedies. Contact support for a delayed or missing parcel rather than treating an estimate as a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping charges and large or fragile fixtures
Configured shipping charges are displayed before payment, based on the delivery address, actual package dimensions and weight, and shipping class. Any mandatory handling, protective packaging, insurance or remote-area surcharge must be disclosed in advance and included in the checkout delivery total. No free-shipping threshold is active in this preview. Large crystal chandeliers and fragile glass pieces must be checked against carrier limits; do not enable online delivery for a product whose shipping cost cannot be calculated.
Customs, duties and tax responsibility
The merchant must state whether each delivery service is DDP or DAP, which charges are included, and which import duties, taxes or brokerage charges the customer may owe, before accepting an order. A tax-inclusive USD display does not itself include every destination’s import costs. Actual tax registrations, rates and customs arrangements are awaiting configuration. The sales-tax and product-feed treatment for the US and Canada differs from VAT-inclusive market requirements.
Tracking, address changes and unsuccessful delivery
Where a tracked service is used, provide the carrier and tracking reference after dispatch through the actual fulfilment process. Contact support promptly to correct an address; changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Any charge for a requested reroute, refused parcel or re-delivery must be explained and lawful; no automatic penalty applies in this draft. Verify the destination and contact information before checkout.
Damage, loss and incorrect delivery
Inspect the parcel and report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect delivery to support with the order number and useful photographs. Keep packaging for a claim. Reporting promptly helps investigation but does not reduce statutory rights. The merchant will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law; customers are not required to settle the carrier dispute themselves before obtaining statutory remedies.
Shipping enquiries and returns
Store preparation: merchant contact details are awaiting configuration before sales open.
